Guests can use the tennis court, croquet lawn and 18-hole putting course, or explore the castleās gardens. Inside, the hotel has 19 bedrooms, with fabrics and furnishings that reflect the buildingās history alongside contemporary features.
The restaurantās culinary direction comes from Executive Head Chef Matt Gillan. His menus focus on provenance and careful sourcing, drawing on ingredients from nearby suppliers. Dinner forms part of the prize, with breakfast included the following morning.
