The Stefan haircare products are supplied as a curated online order after a consultation with one of the brand’s professional hair stylists. If the full prize value cannot be used in that order, the remaining amount is provided as online credit.
Any remaining credit is valid for online orders for 12 months from receipt. It cannot be used to buy gift cards, and any balance left after that period is forfeited. The prize cannot be used for salon services and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If the prize becomes unavailable, it may be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable state or territory laws.
