Limit one entry per person per each of the four URLs. Ends January 5, 2027 at 6 PM Pacific. Open to 50 states and DC, age 18+; an eligible adult minor receives the award through a parent or guardian. January 8 random drawing; email or telephone notice within two days and response within 24 hours. Affidavit/release and W9 due within five business days. Anticipated fulfillment 6–8 weeks after close; sponsor may substitute a check for 4750. Newsletter opt-in is separate.
